Calendar and Schedules for Faith Formation

Classes begin in September and conclude in early May. To be prepared to receive the sacraments of First Communion a child is to participate in the 1st and 2nd grade programs ;  and to receive the sacrament of Confirmation a child is to participate in the 7th & 8th Grade programs.

Religious Education 2019/2020 important dates

• September 4^th 7:00 pm, Teachers Only Meeting
• September 11^th 6:00 pm, First Class
• October 25 – October 27 8^th Grade Retreat
• November 12^th 4:30pm -5:45pm, Reconciliation Workshop, 1 Parent is to attend with child (2^nd Grade)
• November 20^th 5:15 pm, First Reconciliation, Dinner provided, Family invited to attend (2^nd Grade)
• Late November – Early December 8^th Grade Retreat fundraiser will be Christmas tree sales, More information to come in the fall.
• March 3^rd 4:30 pm -5:45 pm, 1^st Communion Workshop, 1 Parent is to attend with child (2^nd Grade)
• April 15^th 5:15pm 7^th & 8^th Grade Confirmation dinner, 1 Parent is to attend with child
• May 6^th 6:00 pm, Last Class wrap-up, 1 Parent is to attend with child
• May 3^rd 11:00 am, First Communion
• 8^th Grade Confirmation, Saturday, April 18, 2020 @ 1:30pm at the St. Paul Cathedral
